Audrey Elaine Fleming of Estate Whim died on July 25. She was 76 years old.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Mathew Silston; father: Oliver Silston; sister, Dora Challenger; brother, Leroy Silston; nephew, Jeffery Silston; and brothers-in-law: Albert Fleming and Carle Fleming.
She is survived by husband, Edward Fleming; daughters: Linda B. Fleming, Bridget A. Fleming, Erica P. Francis, Sandra F. Eleby, Olive Fleming and Jasmine Fleming; sons: Basil A. Muhammad Fleming, Ian E. Fleming and Edward R. Fleming; and grandchildren: Ian Fleming Jr., Kayla Pearsall, Taliah Muhammad-Braggs, Shiterah (Shandy) Parker, Imani Weston, Denae Fleming, Basil Muhammad, Shiala Fleming, Tariq Alejandro, Jonelle Fleming, Dante Francis, James Dublin II, Ibrahim Muhammad, Jean Claude Fleming, K’Aryee Johnson, Kendia Fleming, Samiya Muhammad, D’Andre Francis, Taj Muhammad and Ijah Fleming.
She is also survived by great-grandchildren: An’ Pearsall, Mea Fleming, Aaliyah Braggs, Khalil Braggs and Heaven Fleming; sisters: Ava Ramsey and Heather Matthew; nieces: Ingrid Challenger, Hazel Bedford and Valerie Solomon; nephews: Renard Ramsey, Rian Ramsey and Sean Silston; aunt, Juanita Pearline Baptiste; daughter-in-law, Andrea Muhammad; sons-in-law: Nigel Francis and John Eleby; brothers-in-law: R. Alister Fleming, Hugh Fleming and Emmett Fleming; and sister-in-law, Majorie Fleming.
Other survivors include godchildren: Robert Huggins, Swain Mason, Joseph Henry, Jr., A’Manni Bannis, Jeffery Hendrickson, Omari Roberts and Shania Mason; special friends: Veronica Huggins, Edris Symister, Evelyn Mason, Amy Joseph, Avril Frazier, Carolie Henry, (Bev) Brenda Stevens, Sharon Roberts, Heather Henry, Deseree Wynter, Maude Phillips, Collin Brown, Eumaurice George and family, and Theophilus Christopher and family; cousin, Patricia Singh; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 16, at the Friedensberg Moravian Church, Frederiksted. Interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery.
