5:30 p.m. – 41C p/ at Jurgen Command with one Mekel Blash of Estate Rendezvous, under arrest and charged with burglary in the first degree. Bail set at $15,000. Mekel Blash was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections. Burglary in the first.

Sunday, October 22
4:25 p.m. – A citizen p/r that he left his key in his jeep after parking same in the Cruz Bay taxi stand lot and an unauthorized, unknown individual removed same from the lot. Unauthorized use of vehicle.

6:52 p.m. – A citizen p/r she had an altercation with her children’s father. Disturbance of the peace.

Monday, October 23
9:45 a.m. – A Westin Resort employee c/requesting the presence of police officers for a guest. Grand larceny.

10:58 a.m. – An employee at Aqua Bistro p/r a burglary. Burglary.

Tuesday, October 24
10:00 a.m. – A citizen p/r being contacted via phone in violation of a court order, by her ex-son-in-law. Violation of a court order.

10:00 a.m. – An Estate Bellevue resident c/r a verbal dispute with a tenant. Disturbance of the peace.
1:50 p.m. – An Estate Enighed resident p/r being involved in an accident with the VITRAN bus on the General Barge. Auto accident.

Wednesday, October 25
8:00 a.m. – A citizen p/r that another female took her jewelry that she already paid for and would not return items. Police assistance.

8:45 a.m. – A citizen p/r that another female owed her $365 and she would like her money. Police assistance.

11:30 a.m. – A Port Authority employee c/r being assaulted by a female on the Cruz Bay dock. Simple assault.

7:00 p.m. – A Coral Bay resident p/r that someone unknown removed her vehicle on 10/24/06 from the Skinny Legs parking lot. Unauthorized use of vehicle.

11:10 p.m. – A citizen r/ that she was injured while walking her dog. Accidental injury.

11:45 p.m. – A citizen r/ a disturbance at Lizard’s Landing. Assault in the third.

7:29 a.m. – A student at Julius E. Sprauve School p/r that another student at Julius E. Sprauve School threatened to shoot her. Disturbance of the peace, threats.

4:32 p.m. – An Estate Grunwald resident p/r that he lost his wallet at an unknown location. Lost wallet.

5:30 p.m. – A Coral Bay resident r/ that she recovered her vehicle in the Skinny Legs parking lot where said vehicle was removed without authorization. Recovered vehicle.

9:30 a.m. – A citizen p/r that an unknown individual stole his cell phone on the Grande Bay Resort construction site office window. Stolen cell phone.
