Friday, January 26
8:19 p.m.  – PD58 was removed from Jurgen Command without watch commander Sgt. B. Hendricks’ permission or authorization, also checked with Deputy Chief Hill and Lt. Thompson. No one was given authorization by either of them to remove same. The vehicle was removed during the 0700-1500 hours shift during Sgt. Penn’s watch.

Saturday, January 27
2 a.m. – The U.S. Coast Guard of Puerto Rico c/r that a citizen c/r five men in a speedboat knocked a female into the water. Inspection was conducted with negative findings.

9:18 a.m. – A citizen p/ at the Coral Bay substation and r/ a fight in progress at her residence in Estate Carolina. Disturbance of the peace domestic violence.

6:15 p.m. – A citizen c/r a house fire in the area of Upper Carolina. Inspection conducted by fire officials. Negative findings.

Sunday, January 28
3:02 a.m. – A resident of Estate Enighed c/r that someone attempted to break into her home. Attempted burglary.

3:05 p.m. – A citizen c/r a burglary in the area of Contant Hill. Burglary in the third.

5:05 p.m. – A resident of Estate Pastory c/r some minor boys stole her chickens. Police assistance.

7:20 p.m. – A citizen p/r he was notified by the U.S. Coast Guard that a vessel capsized between St. John and Tortola. Boating accident.

Monday, January 29
9:59 a.m. – A resident of Estate Contant p/ at Jurgen Command r/ she was involved in a hit and run accident. Auto accident.

11:33 a.m. – A resident of John’s Folly p/ at the Coral Bay substation r/ being bitten by a stray dog while jogging. Dog bite.

3:10 p.m. – A resident of Freemans Ground p/r someone burglarized his home and took his backpack. Burglary in the third.

11:24 p.m. – An EMT from the deCastro Clinic c/ requesting police assistance to remove citizens from their office. Individuals were escorted.

Tuesday, January 30
6 p.m. – A citizen p/r an auto accident in the area of Cruz Bay. Auto accident.

Wednesday, January 31
9:49 a.m. – A citizen c/r an auto accident in the area of Texaco gas station. Auto accident.

Thursday, February 1
10:20 a.m. – A citizen p/r someone stole his wallet out of his pocket. Grand larceny.

1:55 p.m. – A resident of Estate Grunwald p/r being cursed at by another male in Cruz Bay. Disturbance of the peace.

7 p.m. – A resident of Estate Enighed c/r she was assaulted by her husband. Disturbance of the peace domestic violence.

Friday, February 2
8:00 a.m. – A resident of Chocolate Hole p/r the vice president is not in compliance with St. John Taxi Association rules. Police assistance.

8:10 a.m. – A resident of Estate Enighed p/r she had been harassed by the president of the St. John Taxi Association. Aggravated assault and battery.
