This Festival season on St. John, Friends of V.I. National Park Program Manager Audrey Penn and elementary educator Valerie Prakas have paired their enthusiasm for their “real jobs” into something to celebrate.
The sweetest booth in Festival Village, The Shuga Shack, will be going green this year to celebrate conservation and education during Festival 2012.
