The Music Departments of the Charlotte Amalie and Ivanna Eudora Kean high schools invite the public to their annual Christmas concerts on Dec. 10 and Dec. 12, respectively.
Charlotte Amalie High School
“Do You Hear What I Hear?”
Tuesday, Dec. 10
6 p.m. in the auditorium
Admission: $10 adults; $5 students
The concert will be recorded live on “Steady Tempo,” the CAHS Music Department’s weekly show hosted by students Ayanna Anthony and J’Niyya Challenger. It will feature performances from the Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Mello-Hawks Steel Orchestra, Ripples on the Lake and others. Refreshments will be on sale from the CAHS Band Boosters Inc.
Ivanna Eudora Kean High School
“Tis’ The Season”
Thursday, Dec. 12
6:59 p.m. in Café Kean
Admission: $10 adults; $5 students
Under the direction of Shamoi Rodgers, Monet I. Davis and Anthony Nibbs, the concert will feature musical performances by the Concert Band, Concert Choir, Rayz of Light, Steel Band and KMS. Refreshments will be on sale from the Kean Band Boosters Inc.
