Some shower activity is forecast across St. Thomas and St. John today. The potential wet weather is in association with a trough located just north and east of the region. High temperatures should reach into to the upper 80s today with easterly winds of 10-15 miles per hour.

Seas will range from four to six feet today. Small craft operators should exercise caution while navigating across the Atlantic waters, and the coastal waters north of St. Thomas and St. John. There is a high rip of risk currents for Cramer’s Park on St. Croix, and a moderate risk of rip currents for the remainder of the northern and eastern beaches of St. Croix and the northwestern coastline of St. Thomas.
