Letter to the Editor:
Before Sirenusa construction began, the developer widened a dangerous curve on the road past Serendip, a huge improvement that benefits all who must travel this road daily. Many St. John residents have been and are currently employed at the Sirenusa project, while local businesses have profited as well.
Whether or not St. John’s infrastructure can accommodate high-density residences, the fact remains that the zoning variance has officially been granted, so we need to move on and focus on creating guidelines for future development on our fair isle.
