SBA to Conduct Business Loan Workshops in the US Virgin Islands this Week

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands district office, will conduct three separate workshops this week in the Virgin Islands, to teach entrepreneurs about the criteria lenders use to evaluate business loan applications, what documentation is needed in order to get approved, and the resources available to help put together a winning loan application package.

“We encourage existing and aspiring small business owners to take advantage of the opportunity to learn directly from SBA officials about the various loan programs the agency has available to start and expand small businesses in the Virgin Islands, as well as an overview of our contracting certifications to help them compete in the federal marketplace,” said SBA District Director Yvette T.
