“The Truth About Transfer Day”

This poster, depicting a 19-century era illustration, appears in the Danish high school text book “Det Sorte Guld: Danmark og Slaveriet,” which covers the Scandinavian country’s history of slavery in the Danish West Indies. Members of the African Caribbean Reparations and Resettlement Alliance distributed the poster to announce the group’s “Truth About Transfer Day” forum at the Julius E. Sprauve School on Sunday, March 30.
