Pistarckle Theater Schedules Auditions for ‘Doubt’ on Feb. 2

Pistarckle Theater to present ‘Doubt’ in March 2019

Pistarckle Theater announces auditions for “Doubt” at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 2, at the theater in Tillett Gardens, 4126 Anna’s Retreat, St. Thomas. The play runs March 22 to March 31. All evening performances are at 8 p.m., and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. There will also be the popular ‘Pay-As-You-Can-Night’ at 8 p.m., Thursday, March 21.

There are four roles: Father Brendan Flynn, late 30s; Sister Aloysius, 50s/60s; Sister James, 20s; and Mrs. Muller, African-American mother in her 30s. The play takes place at St. Nicholas, a Catholic Church and School in the Bronx, New York, in 1964. Those who audition will read from the script.
