Director for the Division of Personnel Dayna Clendinen advises the public of the Division’s office closures scheduled for St. Thomas on Friday, Oct. 11, and for St. Croix on Wednesday, Oct. 16. The closures will allow participation in the Health and Wellness Expo hosted by Government of the Virgin Islands and the GESC Health Insurance Board.
The Expo Series on Oct. 9 at Frank Powell Sr. Park was informative. The next expos will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 11, at the Tutu Park Mall, St. Thomas, and Oct. 16, at the D.C. Canegata Recreation Center, St. Croix. The expos are specifically geared towards the participation of all government employees and retirees. Throughout the course of these events, GESC will be conducting free screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and body mass index (BMI).
Regular business hours on St. Thomas will resume at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15. Regular business hours on St. Croix will resume at 8 a.m., Thursday Oct. 17. If anyone requires immediate assistance, call the St. Croix Office at 718-8588.
