St. Johnian chef Roan “Boozie” Christian begins carving the second pig he prepared at the John’s Folly Learning Institute fund raising pig roast and fish fry, Saturday, July 22.

V.I. Delegate to Congress Donna Christensen, below right, joined the crowd of residents and visitors at the event to raise funds for a trip to Washington, D.C.
