The off-season is usually signaled by the flow of tourists reducing to a trickle, and island bars and restaurants closing for renovations, or simply to take a break.
A recent survey by St. John Tradewinds found that most restaurants have already closed and reopened for the season, and many are reopening soon. Here’s the list of local restaurants and their closing schedule for the remainder of 2007:
