Mostly sunny skies are expected across the Virgin Islands today with the possibility of a few isolated showers making making landfall from time to time. A similar weather pattern will continue through the weekend. Daytime high temperatures will range from the upper 80s to low 90s, with prevailing winds from the east to the southeast at 10-15 miles per hour.
Seas are expected to range between 2-4 feet today. East to southeast winds on the order of 10-15 knots (12-17 miles per hour) will be observed across the regional waters. There is a low risk of rip currents today, and a moderate rip current risk is forecast along some of the north and east-facing beaches during the weekend.
