Across the regional waters, winds between 15-20 knots (17-23 miles per hour) with higher gusts are forecast today. Seas between 8-10 feet are expected but will gradually subside through Thursday. Winds will also gradually decrease by tomorrow. A Small Craft Advisory continues in effect for the local waters and a high risk of rip currents exists for all beaches in the Virgin Islands.
