A few Saturdays ago there was a sewer clog in the pipe that runs down Fish Fry Road to the pump station in Enighed. The result was overflowing raw sewage out of the manholes and onto the street. After a phone call to the DPW, they were there within five minutes performing an inspection. Then, Ira Wade led a large crew in resolving the clog, which took most of the day. As a resident of Enighed, IÂ’d like to take this opportunity to thank Ira Wade and the entire DPW crew for their dedication and hard work with this incident. It was a weekend and personal sacrifices were made to ensure that the infrastructure was operating properly. Keep up the good work!
