The Independent Citizens Movement (ICM Party) invites the public to a celebration of its 50th anniversary at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 14, in Emancipation Garden on St. Thomas.
The ICM Party has provided excellent leadership and dynamic political service, which over the past 50 years have positively impacted the political re-direction of the territory to prioritize the relentless will of its people.
Come listen to historical remarks, marching bands, congratulatory salutations, re-enactments, entertainment, speeches, dancing and memories. Vendors will be hand with crafts, food, and many cultural and traditional items for sale.
