This helicopter was spotted hovering over St. John yesterday afternoon, December 4. The helicopter had personnel onboard who were sitting with their legs dangling out of the aircraft, according to a witness. After the a while, officials arrived with three cars and one army truck and a few men got out of a white truck at the end of a road down in the Carolina Valley while the helicopter was hovering overhead, added the witness.
