The V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources will close all offices on St. Thomas at noon, Friday, Dec. 14, to allow for staff to attend and participate in the annual departmental staff meeting, according to a press release from DPNR Commissioner Dawn L. Henry Esq.
Normal office hours will resume at 8 a.m., Monday, Dec. 17.
