DLCA Names Miguel Tricoche New Consumer Affairs Director

DLCA Commissioner Devin Carrington tells Senate Finance Committee about the challenges his agency faces in the wake of last season's hurricanes.

Commissioner Devin Carrington Esq. of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) has announced that Miguel Tricoche is the new director for DLCA consumer affairs.

Since the year 2016, the department has been searching for team leadership and administrative oversight for the Consumer Affairs Division. DLCA had an opportunity to do a live interview with Tricoche on its weekly radio show, “The Careful Consumer.” Tune in at 10 a.m. on Wednesday to WSTX 970AM to hear what DLCA aims to accomplish with the new consumer affairs director.

Commissioner Carrington said, “DLCA has empowered Director Tricoche to spearhead additional studies and inspection to explore findings that help cage issues in marketplaces throughout the territory. With a background in retail management, there are many tricks and common malpractices that Director Tricoche will be able to help identify and potentially eradicate.”
