The Division of Environmental Health Services office, which processes food handler cards, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Aug. 12 through Friday, Aug. 16 to facilitate staff training. It is located at the Knud Hansen Complex on St. Thomas.
Staff members will participate in the third of a series of training to further strengthen the skill set of environmental health Inspectors. The session, entitled “U.S. Virgin Islands Early Childhood Education, Daycare and School Assessments Training,” will take place on St. Croix. It is hosted by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA).
The Division of Environmental Health Services office at the Knud Hansen Complex will resume regular business hours on Monday, Aug. 19.
