The Virgin Islands Board of Elections will be conducting testing of the ExpressVote and DS200 Voting Machines that will be utilized during Early Voting on Friday, Oct. 12, at the respective Elections System of the Virgin Islands (ESVI) offices on St. Croix and St. Thomas:
ESVI St. Croix Office at 4 p.m. at Sunny Isle Annex, Unit 4
ESVI St. Thomas Office at 5:30 p.m. at Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center (above Banco Popular)
The board invites members of the public and media to witness the process. Early Voting is scheduled to begin on Monday, Oct. 15, and concludes on Monday, Oct. 29. Voting hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
