All public schools across the territory will resume regular instruction on Tuesday, Jan. 8, according to Acting Commissioner Dionne Wells-Hedrington.
Inaugural events and activities will not interfere with school openings. However, schedules are subject to change following the inauguration of the governor-elect.
Schools are closed on Monday, Jan. 7, in observance of Three Kings Day.
