Barbara Jackson-McIntosh, director designee of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), advises the public that the BMV territory-wide is experiencing technical difficulties that are causing extended delays in processing transactions.
She said, “The bureau is working diligently with the software provider and the Bureau of Information Technology to resolve this situation as expeditiously as possible.
McIntosh regrets any inconvenience that this may have caused. The public will be notified when the system is fully operational.
