Following their policy of slow, steady and sustainable improvements to the property, the owners have decided to continue installing air conditioning in the master suites as yet another step in the restoration and upgrading of the landmark resort property.
The addition of air conditioning to Sunset Ridge Villas will enhance some of the best times to be on St. John to more owners and renters, according to property managers Cimmaron St. John.
Cimmaron St. John is looking forward to the possibilities created by installing the optional use, high efficiency units, according to the SRV Homeowners Association.
