UVI will bestow honorary degrees on Theron Thomas and Timothy Thomas, recording industry celebrities known as “Rock City,” and VI Election Systems Supervisor Caroline Fawkes, an aviation trailblazer, at UVI’s 60th Commencement Ceremonies.
