31-year-old Boyce Questioned, Arrested for Villa Break-in

V.I Police Department officials on St. John arrested 31-year-old Clayton Boyce on Thursday, June 11, at around 3:30 p.m. and charged him with third degree burglary in connection with a break-in at a St. John villa.

The villa resident told police he secured and left the residence and when he returned later in the day he noticed that his front screen was cut and items were missing from inside the residence.

 

As a result of the police investigation Boyce was detained for questioning and was subsequently arrested. His bail was set at $25,000 by order of the court and Boyce was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.

VIPD are continuing this investigation to determine possible connections to other villa burglaries.
