The Virgin Islands Department of Education, St. Thomas – St. John District School Food Authority has announced the availability of the 2019 Summer Feeding Program Application.
The applications for school sites/summer camps and employment are available at the Office of School Food Authority in Sub Base, St. Thomas.
The Summer Feeding Program will operate from June 17 through Aug. 9 (seven weeks and three days)
The employment application deadline is Friday, May 31.
Site/camp application deadline is Friday, June 7.
School age children 2 -18 years can participate in the Summer Feeding Program. A person between ages 19 – 21 who has mental or physical disability (as determined by a state or local educational agency) and who participates during the school year in a public or private non-profit school program that is established for the mentally or physically disabled is also eligible to participate in the program.
